Return and Refund Policy

Introduction

At Gulabi Rang, we strive to provide high-quality products. If you receive a defective or wrong product, we offer a 7-day return policy for exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Only defective or wrong products are eligible for return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at Info@gulabirang.com or +91 8003000008 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details of the defective or wrong product.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and arrange for our logistics partner to pick up the return package within 2-5 business days from the date the request was placed.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice and a note detailing the reason for the return.
  • Hand over the package to the logistics partner when they arrive for pickup.


Exchange Policy

No refunds are provided; only exchanges are allowed.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for defects or errors.

If the return is approved, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details of the new shipment.


Conditions for Return

Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than defects or wrong products.

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
